the goal is to help others understand what Integral Health is and how it is connected to our emotional and psychological state of being, therefore, representing itself through our everyday thoughts, actions, and appearance. Calming the mind, body, and spirit through meditation and oils to equalize all four aspects of Integral Health.

second post
I am still having a hard time with this class and getting excited about it. It is so time consuming and having to do research, I do not have time for all this. Don't know what I am going to do. I have a job and a family and will have to choose what my priorities are, definitely abandoning family time is not one of them.

Hi Yvette,
ReplyDeleteWriting isn't for everyone. I can see how this class will be a struggle for you. Please let me know if I can ever help you in any way. Hang in there!

Yvette,
ReplyDeleteI am soo with you on this thought. I am also taking A&P 1 which requires a 500 word paper each week plus this class, and my kids. wow sooo much to take in. So do you have any ideas on a topic yet? I am having a hard time settling down and narrowing down a topic, perhaps we can work together. Have a great day

Hi Yvette,
ReplyDeleteIt is hard to balance and sometime, I just can't get all the posts done for the discussion, but I just take the hit on my grades. I will not ever sacrifice time with my son either, I actually have him in martial arts during one of them and then he goes to bed at 9 which is when I have this class. I think my only saving grace is he is with his Dad every other weekend and I usually have on of those days off from work and can get thing done then. I also have one day in the week off every other week and utilize it while he is in school. I also get up at 5am before getting him up at six and study then. Good luck to all of us working mom's!
